Could be about many things. Sugar. Flavor enhancer. Plastic.

Even tomatoes or capsicum are omnipresent, which forces me to prepare most of my food myself.

But AI fits the best. Didn't realize it until I read your post.

Also remarkable is, you can add blue coloring to your food for years and nobody cares. Until some celebrity starts a hype. And then everyone needs to add blue dyes.

(Still waiting for the trend of crotchless panties.)
