1987: Luis Leon survives torture at hands of Pinochet, escapes to USA, receives asylum

2025: ICE disappears Leon (now 82), lies to family that he's dead, he's actually in a Guatemalan hospital

He did everything right and legal, and ICE disappears him anyway. This is fascism through and through and anyone who supports this is complicit.

@MaierAmsden @QasimRashid actually a part of the Jewish Torah. Old Testament ethics, but I guess Christianity should probably include that principle.

Actually, Jesus covered this as well. When asked what was the most important commandment, he replied:
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” ~Mark 12:28-
