NO. The behaviors of the people are what you need to focus on, not *symbols*. The reason Nazis still exist today is because their symbol was deposed, but their ideology has been allowed to thrive right under our noses. It has remained OK to talk and behave like a Nazi in this country, as long as you make it about black and brown people, or the immigrants, disabled, and the homeless - because the prejudice at the core of Nazi ideology is still alive and well, normalized more every day.
seems dangerous if there is no democracy or transparency behind the translation. Seems like an effective way for bad actors to subversively distribute messaging or communications through a public channels too. Furthermore, if they get hacked, that could be like opening Pandora's Box: Social Experiment Edition. I think some form of this does NEED to exist, but with more user control and trustworthy translation. Language shouldn't be a barrier to communication. Neither should hearing.
