-Vance Boelten, who killed an elected Democratic representative & attempted to assassinate many more, was NOT charged with terrorism.

From what I read, a lot of "evidence" could be thrown out, due to, you know, sloppy police work at best, or attempted framing at worst.
Allegedly, he ain't been convicted of nuthin' yet...
