Having 5 leftover interrail days on my pass and no plan. First this ECD to Brussels. I thinking of Nancy for the night.
Any ideas where to take it further are welcome. Maybe thinking of crossing the Vosges Mountains with the Navette des Cretes tomorrow. Or intercity towards Lyon. #interrail

From Luxemburg with a rail replacement bus service to Bettembourg. Missed the connection into France, due to heavy holliday traffic and jams on the A3 highway. Just arrived a little later then planned in Metz with a CFL TER2NNG unit. Now onto a all stop service to Nancy. #interrail

After dinner in Nancy, took bus T1 and 100 to Pont saint Vincent. Now heading back to Nancy by train so I can take another railway line from my list. The service is run with a freshly renovated AGC unit. #streckensammeln #interrail

@LachAnonym Thats one of the options. Currently looking at taking a few nice busses acros the Vosges to Mulhouse tomorrow. Then try working my way down towards Nimes, via Clermont I think. And Monday eve back north using the ICnuit that runs from Cerbere.
Although from Mulhouse into the Alps is also an option, Transalpin towards Graz for example.
