@nixCraft Why would you want that?

Sure, if your options for typesetting are MS Word and TeX then TeX is the choice any day.

It was brilliant for its time but it's not perfect. For one colors are awkward.

Has not typesetting advanced in 50 years? Are we doomed to using 50 years old technology in all of computing?
@nixCraft I didn't know it was open source. GNU Affero GPL, for the curious.
@oblomov @nixCraft unfortunately, only the community version. Not the full thing with review etc. capability.
@nixCraft this June I tried to run it on our local server, but I gave up after 1h. Usually I can install things quite nicely, but this package made it too complicated for me...
@nixCraft TIL Overleaf is open source…I’ve been using their paid subscription for over a year for collaborative work and it’s been fantastic. Might have to self host one of these days and see how it goes!
