JKNAfter spending millions fencing up the road and building a pedestrian bridge, the local govt tore it all down and instead put up signs warning drivers of the "right" of school kids to run across highways on a regular basis.
These are the "rights" that Malaysians will fight tooth and nail to protect, no matter the cost.
