@me_valentijn @w7voa They also need to take charge of their own police forces, ending all the "warrior mentality" training that escalates everyday encounters and destroys cops' mental health, tightening their hiring practices to keep out individuals predisposed to violence and discrimination, ending the gravy train of military weapons (including chemical ones), vehicles, and surveillance tech, and reassigning officers from SWAT teams to less violent assignments.
