ICE is super chill and filled with new guys. A lot of the guys guarding the entrance today look new. Cars, mostly ICE agents personal cars have been coming and going. Some contractors came and did work on the building, least I assume they are contractors. But like the weird one is the CPS and ICE are all smiles and waves today…..what the actual fuck. #Portland #pdx
