ChrissyI think I have finally figured out my summer hike with my son. Germany was on the table and so was the Cumbria Way for a bit but because of stress, I never got around to booking accommodation for either and now it's too late. And I couldn't get my son's passport renewed in time so we'll have to stay in the UK.
New plan is to walk the Golden Valley Pilgrim Way, a 60 mile route along the Wye Valley, the Golden Valley and the foothills of the Black Mountains. Accommodation would be in churches so hopefully they are all available. Very relieved to have found something.
