The market is *dead* for freelancers and a big part of that (in my opinion) is fragmentation. Let's get that network effect *back*.

I’m pretty good at writing good clean HTML and CSS. I’m one of those people that’s done a lot of “turn this design into a web page” kind of jobs, and I like to think I'm pretty good at it.
