Have you ever had a PDF that has a table of contents that links not to its sections, but to a URL for the section in the online copy of that document?

So "1. Introduction" does not link to the introduction chapter, but to the PDF at some online URL where the introduction chapter is?

WHO THE FUCK IN HIS RIGHT MIND WOULD DO THAT???
