FrankTook Harry to a Cars & Coffee in May, on a sunny, spring day. This one was in Ringwood, a new suburb for Harry, and we got to meet a whole new bunch of cars.

We got there early so we could watch everyone come in.
It was great weather (brisk but the sun was nice) for a little meet out the back of a pub.
And they just kept on coming in! Was a great turnout.
I like an event where you get a good mix of makes and models
The Karmann Ghia was a US car, recently imported.
I love to see an eighties Datto turning up, someone loves their Stanza.
This rare as unicorn shit 4 Cylinder Holden Commodore arrived. We saw this at a petrol station last year or so, my eyes popped out of my head. Completely original, when Holden tried to sell a more efficient model. Didn't sell well.
mcSlibinas@vwdasher it's opel rekord! It feels nice to ride. One of the best seats, you don't get tired, almost good as opel senator mk1.
@mcSlibinas no it's a Holden Commodore. Australian built version.
@vwdasher i know. What i doesn't know - is there any bigger differencies between Opel Rekord and Holden Commodore? I guess there only driver position is different.
@mcSlibinas I would imagine there's a lot to do with cooling the engine for one thing. Much hotter climate here. The V6 and V8 were big sellers here for decades, this one is a very weird and unloved model, being so under powered. I imagine there's probably suspension changes too, to deal with our road surfaces.

Your words sounds very reasonably; i just never compared EU and AUS cars. Their part numbers should be different.
In some cases, at least.
I never ever saw any part like "this radiator is bigger because Australia (or Africa)".
