Fuck you #Verizon

You're absolute scum. THAT is the last straw for me.

Pay to speak to customer service? Lol get fucked.

@pluralistic I'm not sure if you've seen this new level of enshittification yet.
@NosirrahSec fuckin' yikes
@neurovagrant I'm dumping them now. Shitty reception on the mbta commuter rail corridors had me near to my breaking point, but seeing that in an email to remind me my bill is coming up? No. They can burn to the ground.

@NosirrahSec t-mo seems decent around here, a few dead areas.

Am also in the beta for cape.co - they're pricier, but heightened security and privacy.

@neurovagrant it's hard to switch to Tmobile knowing what we do about their (repeated) beaches

@NosirrahSec Fair, definitely.

Cape is mostly great, but largely LTE rather than 5G.

@NosirrahSec @neurovagrant Is Mint still allowing signups without gov ID? You used to be able to do pay as you go with a privacy dot com virtual card or prepaid credit card and any personal info you wanted to use. They use TMo network but recently got bought by TMo so IDK what's changed.

@cR0w @neurovagrant that's a good question.

Mint is high up my list of candidates, top of it really. Price alone is the best when I last researched.

@NosirrahSec oh that is a fun new fee. Yay for innovation! /s
@NosirrahSec jesus this should be a driving factor for right to repair, you want to offload cogs cost, sorry you now need to make technician level access available to customers and repair documentation AND parts available in your portal, if i’m the support department then im gonna make it your problem
