well, he didn't say it like *that*, he did it in commercially-acceptable criticism of the crowd for being disorganized after the cops have prosecuted over an hour of active violent disruption of the crowd because… well, I guess because they were tired of the crowd being peacefully assembled where they were assembled.

I can't pay attention to what's going on and research this any more, but it looks like LA County Sherrif's Department does own LRADs, at any rate. This one looks different but not *that* different.
