Kudos to the Reminders team for shipping my favorite control (ever?) in iOS 26's Control Center.

Creating quick tasks like this with support for natural language and switching lists is *chef's kiss* 😘

@viticci Took them long enough…
@viticci the possibility to trigger this with a shortcut/widget would be awesome!
@viticci I have my action button set to trigger this :)
@viticci does natural language input finally work?!?!?
@viticci this might remove the need for “Remind faster” app, correct? I love that app though.

Depends on what you need, I think. For some people Apple’s version will be good enough.

I can’t speak to which natural language input performs better, but Remind Me Faster is fully thumb-reachable, and is quicker at setting common times, locations, and lists. So if those things are important for you then RMF may still have its place.

Give both a go when you get the chance and see which you prefer :)

@chojubo @viticci totally. I use Remind Me Faster on a daily basis at the moment and love it!
@viticci hopefully Todoist will get it too 🙏
@viticci this is the sort of intelligence I'm looking for! Also the Spotlight stuff in macOS Tahoe, seriously exciting. Can't wait to try it out.
