@rbreich "No recording per FBI rights"? What does that mean? What rights does the FBI have that regular citizens (or Senators) don't have? I was under the impression that you could record law enforcement in a public space.

Law enforcement does not have the right to stop you from recording in a public space. Public buildings are considered public areas if I'm not mistaken... Unless it was a secure facility (which press briefings should not be held in) that is a load of shit.
