🕯 Eternal memory and glory to our Heroine #Lyudmila_Balabusa

#Lyudmila_Balabukha is originally from #Kazakhstan. At the age of 16, she moved with her mother to #Zmiiv_Oblast, where she later married and settled in the village of #Zidki. Later, she moved to #Malaya_Rohan, which was occupied in the first days of the full-scale invasion.

#Lyudmila escaped from the captured village under fire and, in March 2022, voluntarily joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of #Ukraine. At first, she was an

assistant mortarman and participated in the liberation of the #Kharkiv region. Later, she graduated from paramedic courses and selflessly saved her comrades on the front line. She spent almost her entire service in the hottest spots of the front.

She was the one who took care of the daily life, morale, hot food, and order in the positions. And about everyone — in a motherly way.

#Lyudmila learned to shoot with the "#Jmel", studied #Ukrainian, and at home her daughter and little granddaughter

- "her princess" - were waiting for her.

She dreamed of a new apartment, planned a transfer to the rear, and wanted to stay in the army after the victory. #Lyudmila's life was cut short by a #Russian airstrike on May 10, 2024 — five days before her dream vacation. She was only 46…

#Lyudmila's daughter still receives messages thanking her mother for the lives she saved.

🕯 We remember.
