@georgetakei He admitted to not knowing, and to taking steps to learn. He is, as far as I can tell, the only example of someone trying to do their job in the trump administration thus far.

Please, don't beat him up for actually trying to learn what his job is. Please, spend your time and energy going after the rest of them, those who are actively working to destroy our country.

@georgetakei A big part of Trump's agenda is to get rid of the professionalism in the Civil service, and appointing people with no experience in the department they are supposed to run is one of the tactics, dovetailing with firing the people who do have experience. This has been a GOP agenda item since Bush.
