while this is definitely a difficult time format to read, it is a rare example as this combination basically only includes 2 and 5 for the whole date : D

But in most cases we guess this write-out time format is easier for most people to read as RC3339

@foss_events in most of your posts you write out the month, and use 4 digit year, making things obvious, regardless of order. Short ones like that may require some clarification.
