De moeder en stiefvader van de 9-jarige Belgische Raul zijn schuldig aan foltering met de dood tot gevolg, maar zonder het oogmerk om te doden. Dat heeft een volksjury geoordeeld. De ouders zijn veroordeeld tot 30 jaar gevangenisstraf, met daarbovenop 5 jaar tbs.
