Whitehall on Springkell Avenue beside Maxwell Park on the Southside of Glasgow. Designed by Robert Duncan in a Classical style, this villa was constructed in the 1890s. I love the little round dormer window which looks like a ship's porthole. This similarity may well be intentional as its first owner was William Gray of the shipowner and chandlers MacBeth and Gray.
