I mentioned the other day this game I had been playing called Arcade Paradise. It was supposed to be a game about managing a video arcade in the '90s. But you didn't start out managing a video arcade; you started out running a laundromat, and had to earn enough money doing laundry to slowly convert it into an arcade. And I found the laundry stuff more engrossing than the arcade stuff. As a joke, I said they should have just made a laundromat game.

Anyhoo, it turns out that someone actually did make that game. And the two are similar enough mechanics-wise that now I'm wondering who ripped off whom

Initial reaction: Arcade Paradise is much more polished. But Laundry Store Simulator has ironing and folding minigames. So who can say which is better
For some reason you wander around your laundromat in Laundry Store Simulator with both fists up, like it's the kind of laundromat where at any moment a bare-knuckle boxing match might break out
