@MamaLake @stux Guy with full handicap plates and valid placard called the local police on the meter maid giving him a ticket for parking in a handicap space. I wonder what the judge did in court to the meter maid.

@tsyum It was a handicap space outside a Whole Foods ON THE STREET about 10 years ago. The meter maid started writing the ticket before checking the dash for the placard and I guess didn't see the license plate.
