Joe Heafner@JamesBazan @heidilifeldman It isn't, but being an R1 unless you're a PhD faculty member who does research or a PhD grad student you don't matter anyway. My former employer employed the same Fascist tactics that we're seeing nationally for about a decade before I finally left. None of this is new to me and I'm just sitting back and watching.
