I’d probably use something other than 2A to support your otherwise valid rule of law claim. (Laws can be unethical…see the 3rd Reich) Scalia *fixed 2A b4 he succumbed pilllow off the bed and wife coerced by a country justice of peace who likely was paid off into no autopsy for a man of his caliber. Makes some of us go ummm. Was he regretting his ridiculous grammar to make the coup planners happy?
