Washington
Oregon
California
Nevada
Arizona
New Mexico
Colorado

Then North East;

Minnesota
Wisconsin
Michigan
Illinois

Followed by East Coast;

Maine
New York
Rhode Island
Pennsylvania
New Jersey
Delaware
Maryland
DC
Virginia

and below all of it, since it it doesn't fit on the map otherwise, Hawai’i.
