Lidl (Parkside) plasma cutter, yay or nay?

The latest version has a pilot ignition now. Supposedly cuts up to 9mm steel.

@yngmar
I bought one, but my compressor wasn't big enough.

Then I bought the one with a built in compressor. It is OK and was happily cutting 6mm steel, but I need more consumables to practice with.
The ones I bought don't fit.

@Maker_of_Things Ah well, I have the compressor to match, should be fine.

What do you mean by consumables, just the tips? Should be able to get those cheaply on Ali?

@yngmar
Yeah, I melted the tip, and the ones I bought to fit, didn't fit!
I need to figure out how to check the size when the adverts just say 'To fit Parkside Plasma Cutter'!
@yngmar I get much use out of mine, that's for sure! Mine will cut mild steel up to 3cm thick!
@GoatsLive That's pretty hefty! Must be quite a bit bigger than the Lidl one.

@yngmar Yeah, it's huge, with a 2x2 meter cutting table. The plasma torch can go to, if memory serves, 800amps but boy does that eat the electrode fast!

I typically cut 3 to 5mm steel, and it cuts nicely at about 20amps and the electrodes last for weeks at a time, as do the orifice cups.
