#Lidl is so great for affordable daily items, even #clothing. I need some basic, durable, machine-dry-able(?) longsleeve T's. After looking at labels that broke the bank, couldn't be machine dried (our apartment is so humid, our #clothes stank from being wet for too long before we got a dryer), or both, I thought of Lidl. #Parkside had exactly what I wanted at 10€ each. More basic, quality clothing should be available on the market, but Lidl came in clutch.

I don't buy a lot of fancy name brand tools, because mostly they're not worth the exaggerated prices, but I have a few.

This Makita hammer drill is fine*, but what they really got right is the box.

Parkside tools come in moulded plastic cases that fit exactly what was in the box and nothing else and only if you put the cable the way it was when you first opened it.

The Makita case allows you to roll the cable aorund the handles as everyone does and still fit in the box, plus compartments for the accessories you will accumulate.

I've found myself cutting away plastic from Parkside boxes to make space for that...

* Apart from the notoriously crappy Makita plastic chuck you see in there, next to a superior, cheaper metal one from China.

#Balkon ist wieder fit, 80 Liter Erde heute in den 3. Stock getragen.

8 Geranien gepflanzt, und von #Parkside also #Lidl Eigenmarke das #Solar Tröpfchen Bewässerungssystem mit #computer und 10 Liter Wassertank verbaut. Damit sollten die Pflanzen tendenziell einige Tage auch Mal aushalten wenn ich nicht daheim bin.

Das System ist laut Herstellerangaben für bis zu 20 Pflanzen ausgelegt. Mal schauen vielleicht Upgrade ich noch auf mein vertikales Hochbeet.
