⚖️ Gjovik v Apple Update: NLRB just formally served Apple the final compliance packet. Apple must submit proof of posting to the NLRB by 4/28. The final documents include: the settlement agreement; compliance instructions; & posting obligations.

The official notice, which Apple is legally required to post internally and publicly, affirms:
💪 Employees may discuss wages, hours, conditions.
💪 Apple may not use its policies to silence or surveil.
💪 Apple is rescinded multiple unlawful policies.🧵⬇️

Apple cannot ignore this obligation. Failure to comply triggers immediate legal escalation. Remedies include: supplemental complaints; extended posting periods; public sanctions; & default judgment pathways.

Employees - nothing prevents you from independently sharing the notice. You can print it yourself, maybe hang it in your office, include a digital copy in your Confluence profile; or get it moving via peer-to-peer distro asap. This is your right, not Apple's permission to give.

This is the first nationwide NLRB settlement Apple has conceded. It’s systemic. It’s enforceable. And it sets precedent.

Apple employees — you have the legal right to self-distribute and to monitor compliance. The power is yours!
