@Pascal_dher I think there are already legal instruments in place, but the unanimity vote needs to be changed to a majority vote, and the legal instruments for non-compliance with EU laws need to be enforced more effectively. No illiberal democracies should be tolerated within the EU. In fact, illiberal democracies do not exist anyway. It is not a democracy if minorities are not treated equally before the law.
