List of impeachable offenses?
1. seems he took a bribe from the Egyptian dictator in late 2016
2. shady deal in Azerbaijan cca 2016
3. shady deal in Panama cca 2016
4. huge conflict of interest in DC hotel
5. failure to divest, put assets in a blind trust... which means that every business deal he made from late 2016 to today is an impeachable conflict of interest.
6. lying to the American people about putting assets in a blind trust.
7. perjury and obstruction of justice... there are 5 or 10 impeachable offense well-documented in the Mueller Report. They were public knowledge even before Mueller, but whatever.
8. bribes in the form of Chinese trademarks for Ivanka
9. $2 Billion bribe from the Saudis transmitted thru Jared Kuschner
10. Every single crypto scam he and his family have executed.
11. From January 2016 he was in blatant violation of the Presidential Records Act.
12. Massive National Security violations involving use of unsecured devices for confidential info (he and half his Cabinet need to be impeached for this immediately)
13. The massive insider trading scandal of last week. That alone is more corruption than all other U.S. presidents in history combined.
14. keeping top secret documents in the restrooms at Mar-a-Lago
15. Illegally firing employees of [fill in name of a dozen different departments]
16. Illegally withholding funds from [fill in the names of a few dozen different agencies]
17. Illegally giving citizens' private data to nefarious billionaire freaks
18. corrupt contracts for hurricane relief
19. corrupt contracts for COVID supplies
20. corrupt "loans" intended to reduce unemployment during COVID.
so that's 20 off the top of my head. some are broad categories that would include 50 to 100 counts each.
There were also shady deals in Turkey and Argentina back in 2016. There were very likely impeachable offense in both those cases. Bribery mostly.
The way he threatened Judge Juan Merchan is also grounds for impeachment.
