Mark Qvist@AlexanderMars Oooh, that's a neat little device! Hadn't seen that one yet. It should be no problem porting the RNode firmware to it. But for those larger screens, we really need an alternative UI ;) The 64x128 OLED displays that are standard on most device are quite a different thing.
@mark also, people might want to use this as a standalone device which has other security implications. I don't have access to a tdeck style device, so I don't know how that works or what kind of attack surface it would have.
@mark honestly, what I really want is a seeed studio T1000 running reticulum. So unobtrusive it doesn't really look like a comms device, and wouldn't draw any unnecessary attention. It's just a luggage tracker.

@AlexanderMars Firmware support for the T1000-E is already in the works :) It's just taken a while since it uses a new LoRa modem that required writing a new low-level driver for the firmware. Aaaand because I've had a lot of stuff to work on ;)

I absolutely love reticulum. When I fist stumbled on it, I admit to misunderstanding what it was. I thought it was just a better meshtastic, but it's so much more. I can't wait to see what other projects come out of it.
