@chiefgyk3d One company I worked at required employees to have a cell phone. There was like a $20 per month stipend for us to get one.
@chiefgyk3d Im of a few minds, because providing unified assets is also often the worst of all worlds.
Ive always been a fan of having some standard skus and having IT run something like a store so if the user knows what they want/need and it hits within the stipend no problem, if they don't they can get a standard sku or get help from IT or the team to get what they need.
