I looked into buying a niche book directly from its publisher, but they insist they can't mail it from Massachusetts to the EU for less than a hundred dollars (it is a normal size book). So now I'm ordering a used copy in Europe that costs more than a new one from the publisher in the US, but saving $80 nonetheless...
