Designate just enough scapegoats so the rest don’t get the guillotine. And the scapegoats are probably mostly in safe positions so won’t face any real consequences. I really hope I’m wrong this time. Either way, we can’t let any Dem senator (or even house rep) off the hook. Let’s force them to remove Schumer as minority leader. And keep protesting
