@broadwaybabyto in Brösche's case, I don't understand why she's being detained at all.

My understanding is that if Immigrations suspect that someone wants to work on a tourist visa, they are denied entry and then put onto the next flight back home?

@danielaKay @broadwaybabyto AFAIK it's specifically because she came in through Mexico. Not that that's in any way a good reason for it, just the reason they're using.
