I know this is an unpopular position to take on social media, but I can't hide it any longer:

I like DST.

(No, I am not advocating for year-round DST. )

@jimbush for me it means (hopefully) waking up at 4 every morning instead of 3
@jimbush You like DST? Or you like the schedule flipping of DST part of the year and ST the remainder?
@SkipHuffman I think it hangs on a little too long in October, but I love the extra hour of usable daylight in spring and summer.

@jimbush

I think it is more popular the further from the equator you are.

I also think coding nerds are against it more than the rest of the population.

Possibly more popular with morning people?

What if work hours changed instead? For some they do.

Or is the concern for more leisure sun?

@Chancerubbage Gimme that sweet extra hour of leisure daylight.
@jimbush I just want the time changes to stop. Go standard, go daylight, split the difference! Just make it stop!!!!!!! 🙀
@jimbush I think it partially depends on where you are in your time zone.
