Today was again #TownMeetingDay in #Vermont and so I spent 4 hours from 7-11 as an election worker at our town’s polling place.

Today was a bit more complicated as we have 2 ballots: 1 for the town budget and positions, and 1 for the school district budget.

I was at the ballot collection station so I spent my time saying:

“The yellow one goes in the bin. The plain one goes in the machine. Wait for the checkmark. Would you like a sticker?”

It was a good way to spend a half day!

@gary_alderson I have no idea what you are talking about. Today we are voting on municipal and school budgets, and members of our Selectboard, town moderator, etc. Also whether money should be spent on our open spaces fund, and whether we should agree to fund replacement work on town buildings.
