@PhoenixSerenity Huh. I think this is the first time I have ever heard it called cow parsnip. Perhaps that's another Atlantic-divided thing.

@zakalwe They're actually two different plants, in the same family though. Cow parsley is also commonly known as Queen Anne's Lace. Cow parsnip is also called Indian Celery.
