Is it possible that exhibitionists, as in people who feel pleasure sharing videos of themselves having sex, and who of course all consented to participating, could create an film that was not exploitative? Do you think they are necessarily exploited if there is a profit motive, even if they believe they are selling films of themselves because they want to?

I suppose hentai artists are also exploited, so in that sense hentai isn’t ethical either. But I think we have a moral obligation to minimize exploitation, even if it is not possible to completely avoid while under capitalism.
I guess if there are exhibitionists or hentai artists who are self-employed and sells their films or drawings not as their primary source of income, that would probably be the most ethical form of “erotic art” (not sure what else to call it, if not pornography) one could consume living under an inherently exploitative capitalist state.
