DEVCE CIC Pace S69 questionnaire

This questionnaire gathers data to produce an aggregated response to the UK Parliamentary Inqiury into the use of computer evidence in court. It is intended to ensure that the views of those who may feel unable to provide their own evidence directly to the Inquiry can be fairly represented. The survey is being run by n-gate ltd. on behalf of DEVCE CIC and runs until 8th March 2025. After this date, all collected data held on n-gate ltd's Google store will be transferred to DEVCE CIC. Anonymised data may be shared with other partner organisations for the purposes of further research. Data gathered will be processed into an aggregated report with some statistical/demographic data where appropriate. No personal data will be contained in the report, but partial quotes of comments submitted may be included. Throughout the questionnaire, we use "computer evidence" as shorthand for all types of evidence derived from digital sources.
