@duckyfella haha I had something similar set up. And it kept happening late at night / early morning, and my spouse and I would wake up cause all the bedroom lights would go on.

One of my favourite innovations in my Home Assistant is input_boolean.eddie_is_in_bed. I have automations to set that when I turn off my light at bedtime and unplug my phone in the morning, and my most disruptive automations check for it before they run.
@silvermoon82 Tempted to put a pressure sensor under my mattress cover for this purpose but worried it’ll output to the console “get off me you fat arse!”
