Anaesthetist - 7.03 am

Me - let's say 4 hours ago, I was feeling rather anxious

Anaesthetist - how are you feeling currently?

Me - not as anxious

Anaesthetist - good

Expanding on that good advice:

And tell them or your doctor if they ask about any #AlternativeMedicine, #FolkMedicine, #TraditionalMedicine, #CulturalMedicine, #Supplements, #Homeopathy and/or #Herbs that you're taking.

(And ignore any person who tries to interfere with clear patient-doctor communication.)
