"SureFire" isn't exactly a confidence inspiring brand name for lithium batteries.
@kern yay thanks postie, I was hoping for a box of fire in the mail!
@kern funnily enough, they're actually quite good batteries 😆

@kern

Review: ⭐ ☆☆☆☆
Worst firelighters ever. Super expensive, smelled really bad, and I lost three fingers.

@kern my LED hula hoops came with TrustFire batteries; never really thought about the fire part😉

@kern Perhaps you prefer the safety and peace of mind of having …

THE SMALLEST CAPACITY BATTERY PERMITTED BY THE UNIVERSE

@marshray @kern

PSA - Don't buy Duracell alkaline batteries anymore... i have a box full of stuff I need to clean where the batteries corroded and leaked and 99% of them are Duracell

(Apparently they've been outsourcing their production... hopefully to a higher bidder for the lithium fire from hell batteries at least...)

@kern They'd go well with this battery cable I bought recently!
@phreakmonkey @kern - and it's 100% tested! I mean, it failed the test, that's where the name comes from, but as long as we can put "100%" on the packaging...
@jwcph @phreakmonkey @kern The tests confirmed: it's not just sparking – it's *high quality* sparking!
@kern That’s like a competitor for Pepto Bismol calling itself “DefiniRetch” or “Abso-Loo-tely.”
@kern True to brand though, my SureFire flashlight gets incredibly hot if it gets turned on in my pocket. :)
@kern try TrustFire instead

@kern you should order like 84 packs.

Then your projects can shine with the light of a thousand suns!

@kern Well that's a "SureFire" way to…actually I don't even know.
@kern 😂 I am pretty sure they came from the pew pew laser sight/flashlight accessory market. But yeah they should have called these something else 😂
