非正規労働者生活・賃金実態調査2025 Survey on the Living and Wage Situation of Hiseiki Workers 2025

　私たち「非正規春闘実行委員会」は、物価高騰に応じた非正規雇用労働者の賃金の引上げを行うために、複数の労働組合によって結成された実行委員会です。日頃から非正規雇用の問題について取り組みを行っている労働組合が呼びかけ団体となっています。 　物価高騰が長期化するなかで賃金の引き上げは喫緊の課題となっていますが、いまや全労働者の約4割にも及ぶ非正規雇用労働者の多くは既存の労働組合に組織されておらず、その声はなかなか可視化されません。そこで、非正規雇用労働者の生活や賃金の状況を明らかにするため、「非正規雇用労働者生活・賃金実態調査2025」を行うことにしました。調査結果はネットやメディアで公開する予定です。 　あなたの声が社会を変える力になります。 　ぜひ、アンケート調査へのご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。 　調査期間：1月10日（金）～1月31日（金） 　We the Hiseiki Shunto Steering Committee represent multiple labor unions committed to raising the wages of hiseiki workers on non-standard contracts in response to soaring consumer prices. 　Raising wages has become an urgent issue as prices continue to soar, but many hiseiki workers, who now account for around 40% of all workers, are not organized into existing labor unions. , their voices are difficult to visualize.
