Ignorance is a bad excuse.

Musk's labor practices were infamous from the start of the first Tesla factory in Fremont. I lived a few blocks from their first showroom in Palo Alto. I had already decided in 2000 that my next car would be an #EV, but Tesla was an absolute no-go from the get-go.

Besides, we already knew about his dealings with X.com, which then became PayPal - another company I abandoned very early on.

Of course, we also knew about how awful Trump was way back in the 80's.

Musk openly supported Obama in 2008 and 12, Clinton in 2016 and Biden in 2020. I bought my Model 3 in 2020.
So if someone sprayed my car like that, the only one that sufferes would be me, a vivid supporter of Antifa.
Sometimes it's better to think before acting.
