IXIAfter starting out as a duo, M83's Anthony Gonzalez released the third album, 'Before the Dawn Heals Us', as a solo artist on 24 January 2005.
The result was a more coherent mix of the dense electro cinema for which the project is now so widely praised.
The epic final track was first used as the backing for the Spike Jonze-directed intro sequence to Lakai's 2007 feature-length skateboarding film Fully Flared, which blew the minds of an entire generation.
