Even Rouault@geographika Rather dismayed there's matter for "debate" on that. Anyway I raised the issue to the OSGeo board so they decide. As much as we'd like to escape politics sometimes, we can't really evade from it. We don't exist in the ether. The free software movement is a highly policital one.
