I decided to try a new recipe. Cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cayenne and some spices, a little brown sugar, chopped jalapeno and bacon blended in a food processor smeared on a ten inch tortilla, rolled up and chilled overnight and then sliced into discs. The recipe called them jalapeno popper pinwheels.
They're delicious and I'm never making them again. It took way too long and was much too much work.
